		<description>I definately agree with the above blog, however I think there is another type of nursing student who enters into a nursing program with medical experience and takes on the attitude that they know nothing and are learning a new position. 

I have 5 years experience as an MA.  I think that this has helped me a tremendous amount in nursing school, but only where I let it help me.  For example I have exposure to clinics, hospitals, etc.  I believe any exposure you can get can benefit you.  I have gone into this with an open mind, knowing that I have surely learned some bad habits along the way.  I look at it as "how can I improve myself in my current job and correct any wrong habits?"

I agree that many students are so set in their ways that they become arrogant and honestly hard to work with.  If you can keep an open mind and always strive to learn more you will be successful and improve in your current job as well!  :)</description>
